The Kosovo government held the next meeting, where several decisions have been made. Based on the request of the Ministerial Committee for the Memorial Complex “Adem Jashari” is sharing financial tools.
The government allocated 200 thousand euros that will be used for the realisation needs of this project through commitment to foreign consensus as well.
Also, the government gave its opinion on the legislative initiative for the draft law and the fulfilment of the Code of Justice to Mitur, according to the completion of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
The Government's view with the assessments of the Ministry of Justice stresses that the initiative for this bill will help eliminate the eventual irregularities in the implementation process; the budgetary impact assessment by the Ministry of Finance; and the assessment of the initiative's compliance with EU legislation by the Ministry of European Integration will be prosecuted in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
The government has approved the decision to fulfil and amend the decision on the appointment of members of Kosovo's Central Public Company Board of Directors Telekom. A retired member of this board has been replaced by the ruling.
With the fulfillment and change of the Government's decision to establish structures for implementation of the legal package for Public Administration, the composition of the Executive Commission of this structure has been changed. Three representatives from the prime minister's office will be added to the Commission.
Avni Ahmeti, with the decision adopted today at the Assembly of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, has been appointed director-general at the Kosovo Cadastral Agency. The term appointed is three years.
The government of the Republic of Kosovo at today's meeting has approved changing the list of articles for joint use, which are subject to the central public procurement procedure in the Republic of Kosovo.
The government cabinet's approval has taken place, as well as initiatives for linking international Finance Ministry agreements and the German Agency for International Co-operation “-Parque Inovative Park in Prizren”; and the initiative for international agreement between the Ministry of Innovation and Trade and the German Agency for International Co-operation (GIZ) for co-finance of the CETEP+ Project (Creation of new jobs through export promotion).
Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has asked for clarifications by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology for the procedures for accrediting the programmes of higher education institutions in the Republic of Kosovo and the basis for the legality of this process.
The Minister of Education, Science and Technology has clarified that the legal basis of this process is the Law for Higher Education in the Republic of Kosovo and is implemented by the National Council of Quality and the Agency for Kosovo Accreditment.
With the defence minister's proposal, on the basis of the request of families of the falls, the decision has been adopted for the Kosovo Security Force to proceed with re-dependence of the fallen at the Soviet Navy Memorial complex.
Also with the defence ministry's proposal, the Secretary General of Defence has been appointed to the position of director general of the Kosovo Security Force Medicine Centre, while Secretary General of the Regional Development Ministry has been transferred to the position of secretary general of the Ministry of Defence.
