Gecaj, Haradinaj: If liberalization is done, quit

Gecaj in a writing on his profile has said Haradinaj should place a public bet, which if liberalisation doesn't happen by September, then I should resign from the prime minister's post.

This writing by the LDK official comes after the government's numerous promises that liberalisation will occur soon.
