Some building floors have collapsed, showing a large hole in the first four floors of the building in the video.
Vienna police have reported that at least two people have been seriously injured, while another 10 have suffered minor bodily injuries.
It is not known exactly whether one or two buildings have been destroyed, since the whole neighborhood is covered by cloud dust after the powerful explosion.
