All in accordance with the indictment, on January 16, 2015, around 12:55 in Fushe Kosovo, in front of the Ministry for Communities and Kthim object, the accused participated in the organised protest, which had been warned two days ago, respectively on January 14, 2015, as a sign of disappointment with the declarations of then- Minister Aleksandar Jablanovic, shouting in front of the ministry's doors.

According to the prosecution, despite the fact that the rule forces were listed and kept the situation under control, the accused as active participants of the protest have seriously attacked members of the Kosovo Police, and have attempted to break into the Ministry's facility by firing various strong vehicles toward cars, which have been parked within the fences of the Ministry's facility.

The prosecution, according to the indictment, has been hampered by police, and during this protest police officials in Fushe Kosova, Daut Bajrami, Ali Plana, Africa Gerjaliu, Labinot Feyzullahu and Aferdita Jashar, have suffered slight bodily damage to health, as well as caused material damage to both social and private property.
