Three public universities and some private colleges will not be able to enroll students in the 2019/2020 academic year if estimates by international experts are respected.
In assessment reports, international experts have found numerous remarks, given negative assessments and recommended the non-recognition of several higher education institutions, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
“Koha Ditore” contains negative reports for the university “Haxhi Zeka” in Pec and University “Isa Bolatini” in Mitrovica. While according to newspaper sources, negative reports have also been given to the university “Uktin Hoti”, in Prizren.
Reports drafted by international experts Anca Priscariu and Oana Sarbu found that the University of Peja and Mitrovica are only partially in line with the book's standards for accrediting the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation. Given the negative recommendation of experts, none of the institutions of higher education, which have received such estimates, will be able to register students in the 2019/2020 academic year in any research programme.
