In the absence of quorum, many agenda points -- some from last year -- have failed to get 61 votes, KTV reports.
This was confirmed during Wednesday's session.
MPs failed to vote on parliamentary debate over Kosovo's president's commitments to “exchange of territories” or “border correction”, in Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
Only 28 MPs voted for it.
Neither was a draft resolution on the ruling coalition's failures over the visa liberalisation process adopted.
Seeing this situation, LDK MP chief Avdullah Hoti demanded that the hearings not continue.
By the time it was being discussed on the corporate income tax bill, the deputy Bekim Haxhiu's PDK has proposed the amendment to sponsorship in the field of culture and sport to be harmonised with the Law on Sponsorization.
However, after two attempts, this amendment did not receive support from MPs because it voted only 55 MPs.
The Kosovo Democratic Institute, which monitors the work of the Assembly, estimates that power is making improvises with the Assembly hearings.
Among the 35 points of discussion, MPs failed to vote on the draft resolution on failures and scandals in foreign policy.
