Local media there have reported that Djuric has met with applause from the people there.
According to reports, about 100 people have gathered at the site where Djuric is giving a speech.
In Zubin Potok, the situation is being closely monitored by Kosovo Police and KFOR.
Also, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has warned, that if Djuric does not adhere to the agenda determined by the given permit, he could be arrested.
