New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, said the flames caused in the 54-story building are being controlled.
Cuomo said preliminary reports indicate the helicopter made mandatory landing, followed by REL.
“The people who were in the building said the building is trembling”, Cuomo said.
The incident occurred about 2: 00 p.m., local time, in rainy weather.
United States President Donald Trump was announced for the incident, White House press official Hogan Gidley confirmed.
