The bill's constitutionality on Thursday has spoken on condition of anonymity two sources of “Cohe Ditore”.
The Constitutional Court has declared the Bill” unconstitutional, one source has said.
The bill has violated the constitutional principle on the division and balance of powers, as it has delegated power to a group that cannot exercise executive prerogate”, has shown the other source of the court's verdict reasoning.
There are eight articles of the Constitution that 32 opposition LDK and LVV deputies believed were violated through the three core provisions of the Bill for the State Delegation. Hence, the Constitutional Court had demanded that it fall.
