The representative of the dismissed workers, Remzi Demaj, after meeting with representatives of the Constitutional Court, has said they have the promise that the decision will be made this week on their case, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
We were at the meeting with representatives of the Constitutional Court, where we talked about our case and the KED, which has submitted the request for legitimacy. We were promised that they would soon come up with a decision. The decision will be 100 percent in favor of the workers because the discussion we had no offenses made the Constitutional Court of Law. According to him, there are over 80 people who have been fired for no reason.
“There's no reason we've been robbed of KEDS. He broke the law of business. The courts have issued the decision on the firm form for the return of workers to work, but KDS has not implemented the decision. Now we are also waiting from this court to come up with a decision of cut form as soon as we can, he said.
