The CEC in its statement stresses that the exception is KZAZ No. 6, The Vau City of the Sea, where for the already known reasons, election materials were resurfaced in the early hours of today.
The CEC further explains: All KZAZs that manage the election process in areas where changes to polling stations were made will forward voter lists to new locations, scheduled for the CEC.
CEC Declaration
Today, like the contrary. The Electoral Code stipulates, the 90 KZAZs are distributing election materials to 5417 polling centres throughout Albania.
The process of distributing election materials has been completed by 53 Election Management Areas Commissions, while all other KZAZs are on the way to complete this process.
Exception is KZAZ No. 6, the Vau municipality of Deja, where for the already known reasons, election materials were re-elected in the early hours of today, has dictated the delay in launching the process of distributing material base for the 53 polling stations this KZAZ has.
Meanwhile, in Shkodra County, it turns out that about 50 % of the polling stations still remain closed by local authorities. The Central Election Commission calls on Mayor Shkodra to co-operate in respect of the law.
Based on provisions 248, 325 of the Criminal Code these acts are considered criminal acts; abuse of office and obstructing electoral subsidies.
As you have attended today's CEC meetings, with the decision it has authorised the change of several polling stations. This change, despite not because of major forces, as it does The Electoral Code stipulates, was mandatory to race for every polling station tomorrow to be open to Albanian voters.
All KZAZs that manage the election process in areas where changes to polling stations were made will forward voter lists to new locations, scheduled for the CEC. Therefore, the CEC requires understanding of the voters' election stations for this forced action, as well as demanding that they be informed of and control the CEC's official page, to be well-informed tomorrow to address polling stations. /top Channel/
