DP's leader, Lulzim Basha, has appeared at a media conference, while tomorrow he is expected to be voted for local elections.

There is no choice in Albania tomorrow. Choices are the mechanism for how people decide for the government they want, but tomorrow people have no choice. Choices are an expression of people's free will. But tomorrow there will be no freedom and there will be no expressions of will”, he said from the blue seat.

For tomorrow I only have one call: Do not succumb to the instinct of violence! Don't fall prey to the provocations of violence!”, Basha says further.

Full Declaration

Tomorrow in Albania, there is no choice. Choices are the mechanism for how people decide for the government they want, but tomorrow people have no choice. Choices are an expression of people's free will. But tomorrow there will be no freedom, and there will be no expressions of will.

The elections are constitutional and legal mechanisms, but tomorrow the Constitution will be violated and the law in an unconstitutional and deeply criminal process.

Dear fellow citizens:

I know that many of you have loved and expected tomorrow there would be no choice at all. But the only way to do so was by violent means, which would cause brothers to murder and human loss and social wounds.

Violence would produce no political benefits. It would simply bring a false sense of instant triumph and leave open wounds and unresolved problems,

Me and the Democrats don't believe in the way of violence!

So today I want to say to every Democrat and citizen that has joined our efforts: Be proud, because we have rendered a great service to Albania by not falling prey to the violence orchestrated by Edi Rama!

I am proud of your dignity, citizenship and courage!

As a result, this regime has been wounded to death and will soon fall.

I know, that there are many people who think with autocrats like Edi Rama, violence is the only means to remove, that Edi Rama doesn't understand any other language, but that of violence.

Many members and supporters of the Democratic Party have expressed this opinion to me. Many citizens, political analysts and others have told me, but I don't believe violence is the solution.

I believe that our strength lies in the righteousness of what we seek, is in our perseverance, patience, and courage.

No political outcome, no political power stemming from violence has ever brought anything good to peoples and their governments.

Violence produces mechanical shifts of power, with no cleanup and transformation. Violence creates criminal rights to those who come to power from it

I believe that violence on June 30th benefits no one except Eddie Rama.

Violence and victims are only worth Eddie Rama. He wants reason. He seeks to provide the pretext of the violent opponent to justify his police state to justify the violence and abuses and crimes he has committed so far.

Eddy Rama's fall won't come knocking Albanians at each other, he can't come by hitting, beating or hurting each other.

The end of Eddie Rama is coming from his desert.

From his distance.

By his isolation.

This end is near and, above all, because our until now efforts have been deeply European, deeply principled and not for personal power.

My primary responsibility and obligation is public interest, it's people's well-being. This interest comes from any party interest, it's worth any self-interest.

Unlike Edi Rama, who for his personal power is willing to take Albanians to the killing tomorrow, I have the responsibility for the lives of every Democrat, every socialist, every Albanian citizen.

So, for tomorrow I only have one call: Do not succumb to the instinct of violence! Do not succumb to violent provocations!

[21:53,6/29/2019] +355 69 775 1648: I urge you not to go vote, boycott!

If you are forced to go to the polling stations for revenge of the regime, resist! The Awake! There's nothing to do with you!

Turn it up tomorrow in street protests!

Challenge the regime everywhere!

Peacefully!

Tomorrow is the day to show goodwill, with dignified endurance, with determination, and not violence!

On this bad day for Albania, our strength is the values we show, the principles we act on!

We want to be Europeans and we have to behave like Europeans! Tomorrow and every day!

Tomorrow, the difference between the criminal autocratic of the farce voting and the dignity of an entire united people challenging the regime will be clear and clear.
