The move has surprised experts for national security, given that the prosecution's latest decision was for the founder of Wikipedia to be charged with spying violations.
This decision means that Assange will not face punishment for public detection of the digital code, known as the CIA Volt 7, which is used to avenge equipment.
That led to the fact that certain tools become useless to the CIA and have provided access to these tools to foreign spies and hackers.
Assange is in Belmarsh prison in London, where he is serving a 50-week sentence for violating bail conditions.
