Volaris will fly with immigrants from Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, Guadalajra and Mexico City to Costa Rica, El Salvador or Guatemala.
The company said migrants should only have an identity card and be aboard the aircraft on the next flight.
The programme expires on June 30th.
