AAK: We're involved in clashes in LDK, they have their jobs, ours.

The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo has reacted to reports that in the physical clash of the LDK branch in Matt, an AAK member has been involved.

AAK calls the news slander that a person who has participated in this clash is an AAK member.

Prime Minister Haradinaj's party says these slanders are attempts to cover up internal defects in the LDK.

The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo respects the internal electoral process in the LDK and considers it domestic issues. It is in the interest of democracy in the country a sound election process in all political parties, even in the LDK.

But we cannot help but notice that internal clashes in the LDK and the efforts of certain groups to take control of the party, sometimes by degrading even in physical clashes, are uglier for the LDK itself. Moreover, efforts to include The AAK in these incidents is slander and attempting to cover up the internal defects of the LDK.

The person mentioned as involved in the LDK Branch Electoral Assembly in Matt is not an AAK member! We as a party have our jobs, and besides respecting the domestic elections in LDK, we have no other interest.
