Matoshi has said he is working with the Japanese government to scientificly identify air pollutants in Kosovo.
Some of the main pollutants have already been identified. Thermocentrals have an impact, old cars obviously have an impact. The third factor of air pollution is the use of coal”, he said on the show “Face <x2x3>, in Rtv Dukaagjini.
The Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning has said the EU will extend 78m euros for the change of thermal power filters “Kosovo B”, as according to him, these filters have not been changed since construction.
Matoshi says even using coal remains a major problem for the environment in Kosovo.
He has expressed satisfaction that the Ministry of Education has been among the first to have removed coal as the fuel for heating schools, Telegrafi conveys.
We cannot stop citizens from using the family, but the Government has made a decision to prevent its use in state institutions. The decision was made in November, and it has been impossible to change the ambulances for institutions immediately. But this year institutions have time to change them, otherwise every institution that uses coal for heating” will be punished.
Environment and Spatial Planning Minister has said that there are 20m euros available for expanding the central heating co-operation network.
KEK's subx0> is not even used to measure 40% capacity. With the expansion of the heating network, citizens would become unnecessary using coal”, Fatmir Matoshi said, among other things.
