While in the Infermies' office, they say that pay and poor working conditions are the cause of the nurses ' departure.
According to Syla, for just 6 months, 300 Kosovar nurses have left their country.
The “Informs that I have from Germany, from our associates, this year alone are 300 (infermies that have gone to Germany), and this flow can increase by”, he told RTV21.
Syla also added that this is the “a great tragedy that is happening to us and youth”.
While in the Kosovo nurses' Oda, they say that not only those who are unemployed are leaving, but even those who are employed and, according to them, are doing so without warning.
And for all of this, Syla thinks the blame lies at “the evil developmental policies of the nurse”.
