Zubin Potok: Act of Robbery and Serious Robbery

The prosecution reports that defendants with the date 19,12.2018 about 22.50 in Zubin Potok, using force and rowing, have illegally attempted to take on violent property from the injured M.R., the same ones operating in groups and sharing their roles, as the other three defendants were doing guards outside and inside the court of the damaged house, the AR with a metal object with a patrol opening window of the broken house and entering into the house, while the defendant notes the presence of the same defendant with a left-hand wound on the ground. At this point, the victim's wife reacts, and the defendant leaves home.

With these actions defendants acting in the group have committed criminal work “Grabije”, from Article 329 paragraph 4 concerning paragraph 1 and 28 of the Kosovo Republic's Penal Code (KPRK)

Also, on the day 20,12.2018 about 00.30 in Leposaviq, the four defendants with the intention of illegal embezzlement and acting as a group have received playable items that they have met with the injured G. P, they break down the damaged man's shop by taking in fine ore, different types of cigarettes, chocolates, matches, various perfumes, and body painting preparations.

With these actions, defendants operating in the group have committed criminal work “grave damage” by Article 327 paragraph 2 points 2.7 over paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).

The State Attorney has proposed to the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica that the defendants plead guilty to criminal acts and punish them by law.
