Speaking of elections at all levels of PDK structures, Chairman Veselin said over 50,000 citizens of different profiles have participated in this process, cooling and strengthening the Democratic Party of Kosovo for further development of the state.
“The PDK is the biggest force in Kosovo. We're a party of deeds, not words. We're a party of reconciliation, not hate. We are part of the concept of the future, not that it always sinks into conflict”, Wessel said.
He has spoken of recent results in elections that took place in the four northern municipalities, where the PDK has come out first from Albanian parties in over 70 per cent of the polling in front of the coalition of three other Albanian parties that have competed together.
Header The PDK said that with the closure of the party election process, the new stage of the PDK's new vision begins.
“As a founding party and a constructive state, we are the pillar of our independent, powerful, combat-free and compromising negative phenomena, including corruption and organised crime. There is no force that can stop us in this vision. We have to enable people who have vision that they have desire, that have love, that have sound intentions to help their neighbour, their fellow citizens, their families, as well as other families throughout Kosovo”, Veselin stressed.
Wessel has spoken before the new PDK branch facilities in Kacanik, as well as his latest initiatives for the International Tribunal for Serbian genocide during the war in Kosovo, for the construction of the Genocide Museum, as well as the one of deportation.
He said these proposals are meant to seek justice for the thousands of innocent victims who were killed and massacred by Serb forces, thus opening the way to reaching a sustainable agreement in the Western Balkans.
