Any delay causes damage to the victims. They're dying, they're getting old, they're demotivated to get into the process. And this is a certain denied justice”, is expressed in Rushiti at RTK.
Rushi has said that she and the organisation he heads are in support of Kosovo's Tribunal initiative, but has said Kosovo is currently in a position that is not involved.
“Kosovo is in a political position in its report to the UN”, Rushiti said, recalling how even after contacts with UN mechanisms, the Kosovo case was left out in the previous report.
