I was supposed to have a mocinon and cross the agenda and get into the theme, Haradinaj said.
MP Milaim Zeka and AKRRRA's Islam Pacolli supported him.
Zeka has even asked that one minute silence be held in the country in commemoration of the Ukshin Hoti event.
But Chief Prime Minister Kadri Wessel told him that something like this could not be accomplished.
I know you have a very honest, clean purpose, but we can't keep a minute's silence for someone whose luck is unknown.
Let's go through all the other procedures, Zeka said.
Wessel at the beginning of the session has clarified that many MPs are being instructed in the hall, as there are events on the 20th anniversary of the commemoration of the Uksin Hoti event. /PERISCOP/
