Besides Vuciqi, Trajkovic has also filed charges with the director of the so-called “Zyra for Kosovo” in Serbia's Government, Marko Djurovic, because he has published secret documents for her testimony to Kosovo Republic prosecutors about Oliver Ivanovic's assassination on January 16th in 2018 in northern Mitrovica.
Vuciq on April 18th of this year at a media conference had led numerous accusations against Trajkovic, who accused him of co-operating with Albanians “that the north be given to Kosovo”
Djurovic, meanwhile, had charged Rada Trajkovovic with working on destroying institutions of the Republic of Serbia.
Trajkovic's lawyer, explaining on the criminal charge, has said that “Vukic and Djuric have used their state authority and have falsely accused Rada Trajkovic of being a traitor, a collaborator of foreign services, which has risked her life”, he said.
After that, Trajkovic has requested close police protection.
