Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, in Rubik's KTV, has said he is aware that institutional leaders -- alluding to Prime Minister Haradinaj -- have made poor decisions for Kosovo at a secret meeting in Milan Radojciqi's house, where representatives of Serbia's institutions were present.

Thaci said that Radojiciciqi had brought the coalition partners to the office, but that once he finds out who he is, he had closed the meeting.

The president also spoke of the tax, the idea of reforming borders and the liberalisation process.
