Tahirsylaj shows whether there are floods in Kosovo

meteorology expert Sylla Tahirsylaj has said that with this amount of rainfall there can be no flooding.

Tahirsylaj has stressed that floods can also be caused because of a lack of sewage adjustment but not by rainfall.
