Hashimi was invited to appear at The Hague on April 9th of this year, where before going he held the media conference, Periscopi writes.
He has said that despite parliament's unjust vote on the Special Chambers Law, he will respond positively to the invitation, and will therefore respect Kosovo's laws and Constitution as long as those laws are in force.
I've personally been involved in a crime, and I have no knowledge of any crime committed. Based on this on my opinion whether this prosecutor is and acts towards hypothetically can be suspected of: violations of military discipline or overstepping military authorization. I have never been interviewed from postwar to present, and I am still not interviewed for any war crime or similar ones. The defence lawyer at this stage will not receive, because I have no reason to justify my war actions”, Hashimi had said. / PERISCOP
