The man who set himself on fire outside the White House on Wednesday is just dead. That's what the police said.

A video posted on social media platforms from the scene was shown by a man who had set fire to himself as cars pass through him.

Secret Service officials said <x0gentia had acted within seconds” against the incident after a male sex individual set himself on fire” around 12:15 of noon, followed by The Independent, Periscope.

The man's name was Arnav Gupta. He had been taken to the hospital immediately but had died after some stupid injuries.

The incident occurred in Ellipe, an area known for tourists between the White House and the Washington Monument. /Periscope
