Russian Released in the North

Russian citizens arrested during today's north of the country, have been released from custody, announced U n NMIC.

The Russian Embassy in Serbia on Tuesday has called on Kosovo to release immediately the banned Russian national working in UNMIK, Russian state news agency RIA reported.

Russian citizens were detained in the northern part of the country during the Kosovo Police action, broadcast Koha.net.

“We demand the immediate release of the Russian and that those responsible for this gross incident will provide responsibility”, the Embassy has said, Reuters reports.
