In his words, the chief of the UN Mission in Kosovo, Zahir Tan, has taken a principled stance in this case and does not want to encourage such a Pristina behaviour.
Lavrov, as Russian media quoted him, has said representatives of Pristina have violated many of their obligations, primarily those they owe four years ago, and this is the formation of the Community (Association) of Serbian municipalities, broadcast Koha.net.
Kosovo has declared the Russian representative to UNMIK undesirable because of misuse of the status it enjoyed in Kosovo.
