He is responsible for 1400 murders, Dikovic seeks monuments in Kosovo

As long as we've cared for the Albanian civilian population in Kosovo during wartime, I would have to be raised there for monuments rather than charges.

So the Serbian news agency FoNet quoted the former Army Chief of Staff of Serbia, retired General Lubisa Dikovic, giving “Novost” after news that justice in Kosovo has drawn up a war crimes indictment against him, Time.net broadcasts.

According to him, the Serb Army units he commanded have committed no war crimes, even, he says, “one of the priorities during combat action, and we have had the care of local population and refugees”.

He has said that “in the circumstances of preparing the trials of Albanian terrorists from KLA” is not surprising that the issue of his responsibility for war crimes in Kosovo again opens. I am saddened by the fact that the indictment was written in Belgrade, I know very well who authored”, he said by referring to Natasa Ka persecuted by the Fund for Humanitarian Law.

As he put it, Kosovo is a false state, with terrorists at the helm, where even false charges do not constitute any surprise”.

We recall that the former commander of Serbian military units in Kosovo, Lubisa Dickovic, is responsible for the Chikatova Rilla massacre, for the violations in Skywright Cyres, for hiding the bodies of Albanian victims in a mass grave in Rakes (Serbia), and for other crimes committed in Kosovo at the time he was at the helm of Serb military units in Kosovo.
