Periscope has contacted Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Chief Prosecutor Imer Beka, who announced that Moliqaj is currently in an interview.
There was a request to be filed with the D.A., not reported. That's why the prosecutor has requested arrest warrants, the court has issued it and it's being implemented today. Today the police brought him to the Prosecution. Now he's in the interview. Still not released. The random prosecutor appreciates what will happen next, Beka said of Periscope.

Kosovo police have arrested MP Dardan Moliqaj in the early hours of the morning. He was arrested in his apartment and was not warned earlier about hearing or court appearance.
Molyqaj has been arrested under the argument for participating in the protest of the release of MP Albin Kurti in 2015. The MP's arrest in question has been in conflict with freedoms and human rights and in full violation of legal procedures. For this reason, that protest has been fair and necessary.
The Social Democrat Party requires the immediate release of MP Dardan Moliqaj. The PSD is for rule of law, where freedom for protest and criticism is respected. Therefore, any attempt to harm them is unacceptable to us./ P ERISCOPI/
