Two Pristina students take second place in Serbia

Ed Haliti and Eni Zymer have taken second place at the Regional Race in Microbe Coding that has been held in Belgrade.

In the race, which was held under the 21st century Schools project by British Council, Haliti and Zymer say to have learned many new things about technology.

The school principal, Judge Bala, said that if they compare this race to that of Dituria, they notice many shortcomings.

But on the other hand, organizing the knowledge race, which took place on Saturday, which in many schools were not held, education connoisseurs it as scandalous.

The Commission for Education in the Kosovo Assembly has invited the next meeting for the competition's co-ordinator, National Culture Co-ordinator Rexhep Hoti and Education Minister, Fatmir Bytyqi.

The Ministry of Education, when asked by KTV on Tuesday regarding the organisation of the knowledge race, has refused to speak, but through a written response, this minister says full responsibility belongs to the co-ordinator.

The Kosovo government has said it will request a report.

KTV has been trying to take a position by co-ordinator Rexhep Hoti for two days, but the same has not responded to television calls.
