Prescription of house arrest is assigned to Dalip Brahim, known for guilty

Brahimi, close to Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj AAK's party, was arrested on December 21st of last year under suspicion of committing the criminal acts of “feide”, “duetification” and participation in organised criminal group”. Since December 21st, he and four other suspects have been held in custody.
But, the Pristina Foundation Court has freed him and other suspects from custody last month. To him, the Court has appointed the measure of house arrest, announced today about Insider, Visar Vehapi, Brahimi's lawyer.

In addition to allegations of committing criminal acts, businessman Dalip Brahim is also known for his involvement with politicians. He is close to the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, the party of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.

In addition to Dalip Brahimi, in the Kosovo Police action on 21 December in Pristina, his son, Rehiming, as well as Ismet Salihu, Bujar Gerbeshi and typhoshit chairman “rdians”, Lulzim Berisha, known as “Lul”, were arrested.
In the same case, Alban Geci, son of former KLA soldier Sabit Geci, is allegedly involved. However, he had managed to flee the police for four months in a row until he had been arrested on March 28 of this year.
