Authorities have offered him first aid after the incident at “Ellisis”, near “Washington Mall”, a popular tourist zone, according to a post in “Twitter”.
Other details have not been made available.
It was this second such incident since 12 April, when a person in the carriage had set his jacket on fire outside his home's fences.
