Osmani: Change the resolution so that it does not just remain a falaf

Osmani has said that a dialogue platform has been adopted a month or two ago, where it says this is the only position and that the only crime that has been committed is war crimes and violations of humanitarian law, which would have to enter genocide and crimes against humanity.
