The opposition itself finds out about the collapse of government.

The opposition has returned to attempts to cut the mandate of the Ramush Haradinaj-led government. Unlike the Democratic League and Vetevendosje attempts, they did not consider the PSD to be worthy of this offensive, the company is now intended to be shared. But there are differences within them about the way to go until the collapse of the government. The PSD does not want the government to fall by the votes of the Serbian List, Koha Ditore writes today.
Haradinaj and other coalition partners had received several hours of deputies from the Serbian List, who had gone to get direction from Vuciqi before becoming part of the government. Following Marko Djuric's arrest and tax hikes, the Serbian List declared withdrawal from institutions.
But the ministers of this subject continue to exercise positions, and MPs have submitted to the Assembly to sign up and save warrants. This party has offered MPs votes to bring down Government.
The Haradinaj government has so far worked without having the majority in the Assembly. The Serbian list has held an intermediate position, but neither has the opposition consisting of Albanian parties achieved 61 votes, enough to bring down Government. It is the first paragraph of Article 82 of the Constitution that determines that “if two-thirds of all MPs vote for the distribution of the Assembly (2/3), the distribution is issued by decree by the president of the Republic of Kosovo”. Meanwhile, according to Article 66, “in cases of distribution of the Parliament, (elections are held v.j.) not later than forty-five (45) days after distribution”. If the no-confidence motion fails, another cannot be restored over the next ninety days.
(P) Opposition power
The only opposition will not be able to postpone the vote of confidence if it does not secure votes from the ruling or Serbian List parties. The LDK, LVV and PSD jointly have 56 deputies. But part of the LDK parliamentary group is also officially Teuta Rugova, who had voted in favour of the current coalition. Meanwhile, the Serbian List has 10 deputies.
