O'Connell also talks about Wessel in the file: The moment of relationship breakdown can come soon

For example with British Ambassador to Kosovo Ruairi O'Connell continued with the question by a commentator regarding the mention of the name of Kosovo's archamentary, Kadri Wessel, in a video-incipulation provided by the KOHA among some people involved in the file.
