The newspaper's sources have confirmed that on Monday afternoon, UN Secretary Ekrem Kastrati has passed an email to several outgoing directors proposing other positions. According to sources, some who have been directors have been nominated for the same position, but have only been replaced by the department, and others have been nominated for division chiefs with the reasoning that they fail to meet the criteria for directors. The email required that each confirm the proposed position, Koha Ditore writes today.

Since October of last year departments and divisions have remained on duty watch. Even since then, August is paying off with the same salary as the fugitives, as are taskeers, spending thousands of euros a month.
The paper has asked for clarification in August about the initiative to resystemate directors, but the media adviser to this minister, Valmir Gashi, has said that after the process ends, everything will be public, failing to elaborate. He's also not answering for days why August is paying them the same salary as two people for the same position.
