The newspaper's sources have confirmed that on Monday afternoon, UN Secretary Ekrem Kastrati has passed an email to several outgoing directors proposing other positions. According to sources, some who have been directors have been nominated for the same position, but have only been replaced by the department, and others have been nominated for division chiefs with the reasoning that they fail to meet the criteria for directors. The email required that each confirm the proposed position, Koha Ditore writes today.
