North action security recognition: There will be no further implications for this action

Security Affairs Awareer Avni Islami has said that there will be no other implications from this action in terms of security.

I think that in terms of security there will be no further implications, because for preserving the land and air security of Kosovo's territory, KFOR is authorised and therefore Kosovo Police are doing their job in full compliance with the 34x1> law, Islami said.

According to him, Serbia is trying before the EU to present the north as part of the co-copied, which is actually the territory of Kosovo.

“Kinsa such action has been undertaken to intimidate Serbs in the north is Serbia's tendency to present the north to the EU as part of Kosovo's territory and as if measures are being taken to intimidate citizens”, he said.

Among other things, he said this action had to be undertaken earlier because the jungle law is functioning in the north.

“The police operation is action which was to be replaced earlier, when it is known that organised crime in Kosovo is prospering, despite the trends of security institutions, it is known that in northern Kosovo the jungle law is functioning there, they have made the law themselves, and there has been no functioning Kosovo law or Serbia. With the fact that people of Kosovo's uniformed Serb parallel structures are arrested in the north shows that police action has always been needed there, I think Kosovo Police action is fair action and must go on and there is nothing wrong from”, Islami said.
