The final night of the 2019 Eurovision is over. The winner has been declared the Netherlands with Duncan Lawrence's Arcade, reports Periscope. The Netherlands was voted 492 points in total. Albania, with candidate Jonida Maliqi, despite being favoured by the first countries, eventually remained far away at the polls.
However, a live poll on the official Eurovision site casts the first one vote on Maliqi's song, turn to land.
This year's Eurovision festival was held in Israel, and next year, it is expected to take place in the winning state of Holland.
This is the 5th time of Holland to win in Eurovision history/PERISCOP/
