MPJ calls for more circulation to be avoided through Serbia

Kosovo's Ministry of Foreign Affairs reports citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, with residence in Kosovo or abroad, to show caution and caution if they cannot avoid circulation across Serbia's territory. “In line with the institutional and legal obligation to inform the public and to take care of security [...]
“In line with the institutional and legal obligation to inform the public and to care for the security and integrity of each Kosovo citizen, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs estimates that Serbia is no longer a territory that offers even minimal security for their physical and judicial integrity, nor for their family members. As a result, temporary circulation output is suggested through this country”, said the MPJ call to citizens.
MPJ says this announcement comes as a result of the continuing arrests of citizens of the Republic of Kosovo on the part of the institutions of this country, always under the fig circumstances. A number have even been physically and psychologically abused.
“Based on these developments, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has sufficient basis and evidence to state that to all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, Serbia, without exception, for political purposes and other non-democratic purposes, contrary to the practice of international and European law co-operation, as well as against the obligations stemming from the Brussels accords, illegally, you could arbitrarily stop crossing into its” territory, the MPJ notes further.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and all of the country's institutions have invited and continue to invite European Union institutions, and not only, to correct this aggressive behaviour of Serbia, but that unfortunately so far has had no effect.
“Unlike these primitive practices of Serbia, the Republic of Kosovo acts in cautious, civilized and democratic form, and by contrast, does not treat the citizens of Serbia in non-legal and undemocratic forms, as long as they are not linked to crime, and respect the laws of the Republic of Kosovo”, the MPJ notes.
MPJ has also invited Serbia to eventually give up fascist practices, and to accept the fact that it is part of the European continent, where freedom of movement is universal right of everyone, and is respected regardless of political agendas.
This announcement remains in force until a second announcement on this development.
