Ismet Osmani, Ilir Boykau, Adil Thaci and Mentor Maqan have assigned a month of detention, while suspect Hashimi has been acquitted of charges.
The court has found that there are reasons based on freedom, that the defendants would prevent the course of the criminal procedure by hiding, changing or counterfeiting evidence of criminal acts, as well as by influencing damage and witnesses, the Court has also ascertained that given the way and circumstances in which criminal acts were committed, the weight of criminal acts, the personal characteristics of the defendants, as well as their previous behaviors, so that if the defendants remain in freedom they can repeat the same or similar criminal work.
Against this ruling the side is entitled to complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
