He met with Portuguese counterpart José Vieira da Silva, who announced about the socioeconomic situation in Kosovo and problems Kosovo faces in terms of unemployment, during an official visit to Lisbon of Portugal.
From his counterpart, Recica was announced with particular emphasis about the advanced skills and professional rehabilitation system in Portugal and the importance the Portuguese state provides to professional training its citizens.
Minister Recica said it is very important that Kosovo adopt from Portugal the best practices in terms of employment, skills and professional rehabilitation, for which it called for concreteising co-operation through a bilateral employment agreement and professional skills.
In this case, Recica invited Minister Silva to visit Kosovo and see the possibility of life of co-operation.
