Following yesterday's elections for the European Parliament, European Integration Minister Donus Hoxha has called for the quick decision on visa liberalisation.
Minister Hoxha has written that <x0 votes for the European Parliament removed the dilemma of risking the European Union's” project, adding that the warned growth of extreme right and Euroscepticism no longer provides excuses for unnecessary delays in decision-making for visa liberalisation.
Here's Minister Hoxha's post on the social network:
“Votes for the European Parliament removed the dilemma of endangering the European Union project.
The warned growth of the right extreme and Euroscepticism no longer constitutes rationale for unnecessary delays in decision-making for visa liberalisation. So we wait and ask for a decision as soon as possible.
The Republic of Kosovo has now met the criteria, in turn, for the EU to fulfil its part of the agreement!
Our citizens deserve to move free! ”
