At the Court of Appeals, on the second day, the complaints of the convicts from the “Trimave table” are under consideration.
The hearing began with the words of the convicts' defensive side, where attorney Elenko Milanov, among other things, said the charge of criminal acts of terrorism has been wrong since the beginning of this trial. He said the Public Prosecutor had to file an indictment based on facts, not emotions. The May 9th 2015 police event in Kumanovo has caused 18 casualties, but according to lawyer Milanov, the so-called “Kumanovo Group” has not exercised terror before, denying even the usurpation of the Goshica police station with the reason that no lead has been fired.
At today's session, four acquitted men are present as innocent from the Criminal Court, while absent convicts from the “Trimies Table, after yesterday they were expelled from the hall while at today's hearing are represented by their lawyers, tracking the alsat.
