One of those arrested, a 24-year-old male, is said to be the head of this planning. A man and another woman have also been arrested in connection with the case.
Police have managed to track down the man based on a video where the suspect is seen on a bicycle.
Suspects are said by French media that they are some Algerians. Police had decided to wait for the prime suspect to arrest outside his apartment for fear that there would be explosives inside the apartment. The cause of the attack still unknown
