KMDLNj: SASK and Nundman Jasharaj on Constitution Law

KMDLNj has accused SBASK and its leader, Nundman Jasharaj, of being above Kosovo's law and constitution. Charged with blackmailing Kosovo institutions and with irony notes, KMDLNj writes that Jasharaj must exploit the legal ways of complaining the Pristina Constitutional Court ruling.

This court ruled in favour of August and against SBASK suggesting that they replace lost hours during the teacher strike.

“Rrahman Jasharaj instead of exploiting the other legal possibilities of complaint that they also belong to, the Constitutional Court's decision in Pristina disqualifyed it in a way that covers all criminal, moral, failures, predictions, etc., with those political”, writes KMDLNj.

The KMDLNI proposes that the court's powerful decision be expected, and if it turns out SBASK and Jasharaj are responsible for the situation created then they should be prosecuted for blackmail.

If the SBASK organized a strike then it had to compensate its members for the strike days because no country in the world pays for the work you don't do, even sabotage it. The Kosovo government has not had to pay their salaries as long as they strike.
