To KMDLNY is surprising and disturbing why random passersby, Lipjan citizens did not react against these hooligan behaviors, becoming passively part of a public lynching on racist grounds.
“Freedom of movement is guaranteed with all national and international human rights documents, and these freedoms can only limit the law, which in concrete cases was the opposite; the law did not take defense of an innocent citizen who was endangered by a group of hooligans”, the statement said.
KMDLNj strongly condemns this violation of human rights, freedom of movement and the life-long right of an innocent citizen who by nothing has provoked bitterness and violence against her.
KMDLNj seeks from investigative bodies that this case be handled urgently and that all those responsible be brought to justice.
