The innocent teacher accused of beating the students reacts

The teacher who was accused of beating up the student in Gjakova was found innocent. This has angered the minor's parents further. His mother threatened to avenge my parents herself if the second degree in the Court does not bring him justice. According to her mother, her son, as a result of his beating, has also suffered clinical death while four years have stopped learning.

Arta Skyer from Gjakova relates to her son Ermal Skiner, who he says was beaten by his teacher L.D. According to her, the boy had endured violence for a half-year, until one day he was allvanned and thus suffered clinical death.

More serious for both of them was that the teacher was acquitted by the Court, despite Skker's claims to have documented the use of violence in her son. And Ermal has been stopped from school for four years.

“11 was when the beating occurred. Two years he's been using therapy. After two years, the boy has been forced to go to his uncle because he is homebound. He was afraid of her [the teacher]”, shows the boy's mother, Arta Sskiner.

Even her lawyer, Prek Kola, is surprised at the court's decision.

“We as the representative of the damaged side consider there has been sufficient evidence, as evidence exists in the subject's evidence, testimony of the injured, and some statements that minors have given in the previous procedures, but those statements are seen to have been influenced by the alleged”, says lawyer Prek Kola.

And if justice is not found in the Court of Appeals, Arta Skkiner's mother threatens to avenge him.
