Hoxhaj, through a letter to Twitter, has indicated that Vuciqi continues to testify that he does not care about normalising relations with Kosovo.
“Precisely before the summit in Paris, he has continued with the old style of the logic of blackmail, threatening Kosovo's people with aggression. This behavior is unacceptable to us and should not be tolerated by the EU”, Hoxhaj wrote on Twitter.
