Hodjiq: The elections in the north will go well

It has stated that all competent institutions have taken all actions to have a correct and democratic election performance.

Hodzic has invited the citizens of these municipalities to participate in this election and vote according to their own will.

I fight for high democracy and quality in democracy. I'm pretty sure we won't have a problem on the ground. I call on all citizens to vote in their opinion and their will”, Hodzic said.

It has shown that institutions have taken appropriate measures even in terms of security. I am convinced that competent actors and institutions will do their job to get the level of security in the right way”, it is expressed.

Hodzic has voiced optimism that the new mayors of these municipalities will not resign after the elections.

I don't want to think about this scenario. I hope that the leaders who are going to make the choice will not resign. But if we come to that state, the Ministry of Local Power is not the institution that deals with the issue. It is the president of Kosovo who proclaims the elections and then there are other institutions that organise them”, she has said.

In this interview, Hodzic has also spoken of work as Minister of Local Power Management.

She has shown that there has been no pressure from anyone so far.

I really didn't have any pressure on getting this post. I think everyone has realized that my engagement is connected exclusively with the work experience I have in local self-government. On the other hand, I have shown interest in helping all Kosovo citizens”, Hodzic told the New Age newspaper.
